Setting up Telegram for the first time

  5. Create your account. Open Telegram, enter your phone number, and confirm it with the SMS code Telegram sends you.
  6. (Optional) Pick a display name or username — you don't need one to chat with us.

How to start a chat with us

  1. Tap this link: t.me/SeedConnectBot — it opens Telegram straight to our bot. (You can also open Telegram and search for @SeedConnectBot in the search bar.)
  2. Tap Start at the bottom of the chat (or send the message /start).
  3. Send your question like a normal text message. For order help, include your order number and the email you used at checkout — it lets us pull up your order right away.
